Australia & New Zealand
I offer free shipping Australia-wide on original artworks, prints, and merchandise. Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of purchase. If framing is required, please allow up to an additional two weeks.

Limited edition prints may take 2–4 weeks to ship.

International
All Limited Edition artworks and prints are shipped unframed and rolled in a sturdy tube.

Additional shipping costs may apply to certain destinations. If this applies to your order, you will be notified by email.

International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties charged by customs in the destination country. Any taxes, duties, or other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For details on customs fees, duties, and regulations, please contact your local customs office.

Please note: Delivery times for international orders may be longer than expected due to customs, importation processes and other circumstances beyond my control.


Returns & Exchanges

I make every effort to show artwork colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently on your screen compared to the original piece. Factors such as your device’s brightness settings, colour profile, and the lighting in your space can all affect how an image appears. For the most accurate view, I recommend setting your screen brightness to 50–60% before making your selection. All artworks on this website have been photographed, edited and printed with Adobe RGB (1998) colour profile. 

Due to the delicate nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment, as these are covered by shipping insurance.

All artworks are created using professional quality materials; however, natural ageing may occur over time and some fading is possible. This is not considered a fault, and returns for ageing artworks will not be accepted.

Prints – All prints are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please note that all freight is insured.

To ensure we can resolve the issue quickly, please take clear photos of the following:

  • The external box

  • The shipping label on the box

  • The damaged artwork, frame, or fault in the print

Send all photos to contact@andrewparaphotography.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can process your claim and arrange a solution.
